This article explains how to reset your forgotten password and change your password on PyreCast.
Reset your PyreCast password
Follow these instructions for resetting your forgotten PyreCast password.
Step 1: Open PyreCast Log In
- Go to Sign In in the top right corner of the screen on any page and click Log In and click Forgot Password? under the login credentials section.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
- Enter your email address in the Request New Password section and click Submit. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Look for an email from no-reply@pyrecast.com and follow the instructions provided to create a new password.
- Note: In the Reset My Password section of your Account Settings, you can also view the date when your password was last updated.
Change your PyreCast password
Follow these instructions for changing your PyreCast password.
Step 1: Open Account Settings
- Log in to your PyreCast account and click Settings in the top right corner of the screen to access your Account Settings page.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
- Scroll to the Reset My Password section and click Send Reset Link. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Look for an email from no-reply@pyrecast.com and follow the instructions provided to create a new password.
- Note: In the Reset My Password section of your Account Settings, you can also view the date when your password was last updated.
